SHIPPING TIME

We take a great deal of time and care packaging our baked goods and grocery items to ensure they arrive at your doorstep in the same condition they left our bakery.

If you choose to pick up your order from our store please kindly give us 3 hours to prepare your order.  If you print and bring your order including your reference number it will help us to identify your order very quickly.

*** IMPORTANT*** During the Covid-19 pandemic our courier partners are facing extra amount of shipping orders to handle, therefore delays may occur. Both us and the Canpar will do our very best to get your parcel to your as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.

If you’re ordering from the city of Toronto, Scarborough, North York, Mississauga, and Etobicoke  we offer  1  day delivery service . This means you will receive your order the following business day by our delivery crew.  When you are placing an order please make sure that you include the phone number where we can reach you and if possible please be available for receiving delivery of your order (especially when the final destination is an apartment) If this is not possible, please inform us of a safe place where your delivery can be left. Extra delivery charges will be applied if you are not available for delivery at the specified time or have not provided us instructions of where your delivery can be left in your absence.

Packages to be delivered outside the city of Toronto  and GTA (anywhere else in Canada) are generally shipped within 1-5 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Canpar’s Expedited Service –  This is NOT a guarantee of delivery within 1-5 business days, rather it is an “expected time frame” – Select Bakery is not responsible for delays which may occur

THE CORRECT ADDRESS MUST BE ENTERED INTO THE SHIPPING FIELD ON THE ORDER FORM. This is the address we will default to. We will do our best to double-check before shipping but putting the address in the correct spot will ensure it gets sent to the right address.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by Canpar, incorrect address information, weather or disaster conditions, or for charges incurred for redelivery attempts and/or incorrect address information. WE WILL SHIP TO THE ADDRESS SPECIFIED IN THE SHIPPING FIELD ON THE ORDER FORM. PLEASE DO NOT CONVO YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS SEPARATELY – IT MAY NOT MAKE IT ONTO YOUR ORDER. Please make it extremely clear where your box is to be shipped to. Refunds are not available for the cost of the order or shipping charges if any of these circumstances occur.

We offer shipping service EVERYWHERE in Canada and the US.

We offer free shipping service with a minimum net purchase of $75 in Toronto, North York, Scarborough, and Etobicoke and $200 everywhere else in Canada.

Shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

CANCELLATION / DAMAGES / RETURNS

We accept cancellation of orders within 8 hours from the date of payment and order places.

We’re all about tasting at Select Bakery.

And it’s possible you’re going to taste one of our products and not love it (though we try really, really hard to make sure that’s not the case). We’re so sorry, but we can’t take something back just because you don’t like the taste.

We can offer refunds or re-shipping orders if a package was damaged during the shipping process or if the products are spoiled. In this case, please provide photos within 24 hours in the original box and send it to info@selectbakery.ca
