Select Bakery’s Kourabiedes is made with the authentic Greek recipe directly from Crete. This almond cookies is traditionally made during the holiday season, but it’s available at our e-shop all year long.

They are a shortbread type of sweet, made of flour, sugar, butter and almonds, a drop of rose water and covered with powdered sugar, which make them look like a snowball. When you eat them, the literally melt in your mouth along with all that powdered sugar.
