Tahini with Olive and Herbs 180 gr
Greek Tahini contains more protein than milk and most nuts. It’s a rich source of B vitamins that boost energy and brain function, vitamin E, which is very protective against diseases, and important minerals, such as magnesium, iron and calcium. Most people prefer the paler type, made from hulled (skinned) seeds. Greek Tahini is also an excellent source of omega-3 which helps in the development of nervous tissue, which in turn encourages brain health. Another huge benefit of tahini is its high fibre and protein levels – all of which you’re getting from the power of plants. Amazing!
Keep it in a cool and dry place. No need for refrigerating after opening. Some presence of sesame oil on the surface is a natural phenomenon. Stir very well, before use.
