The best puff pastry I have ever used. Perfect texture, baking results and it’s presented in 2 wax papers that can be used to avoid the mess on the counters when filling and cutting.

As another user above, I had a major disappointment too because the parchment paper is not parchment paper but plastic that melted in the oven. With other brands of puff pastry sheets that I used before, they always came wrapped in parchment paper already, to be filled and moved to baking sheets for baking. I had to discard the whole batch of filled baked puff pastries (huge waste of time, money and ingredients) because of melted plastic glued to them underneath! They could have mentioned on the box that they are not wrapped in parchment paper but plastic as it looks like parchment paper (as in many other brands). If baked on parchment paper, they might be good.
