Shells, or “Conchiglie” (the Italian word for “sea shells”) are medium-sized pasta in the form of conch shells with a ridged interior and smooth exterior. This traditional pasta pairs beautifully with almost all manner of sauces, is delicious in casseroles and a wonderful ingredient for cold pasta salads. At Misko, we have been making traditional Italian-style pasta in Greece since 1927. Misko Shells have just the right surface area to absorb all of the goodness of whatever sauce you can dream of.
